Chris Devlin graduated from Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington and has been practicing primarily criminal law since 2010. Prior to joining Gresk & Singleton, Chris was a Deputy Prosecutor in Marion County for nearly six years. During that time he handled criminal matters ranging from traffic tickets to major felony drug and gun cases. Mr. Devlin is an experienced trial lawyer who has tried over fifteen jury trials and hundreds of bench trials. As a Deputy Prosecutor, Mr. Devlin spent nearly four years as a member of the DUI unit where he handled both misdemeanor and felony DUI cases. He also supervised DUI checkpoints and attended various trainings on DUI trials and investigations. Mr. Devlin served as the Deputy Prosecutor for Marion County’s Traffic court and is very experienced in dealing with Indiana’s traffic laws and licensing issues.
Chris manages the firm’s criminal and civil law practice. He primarily represents clients in pending criminal cases, sentence modifications, expungements, as well as uncontested divorce and adoption hearings.
