Spenser helps clients fight the deportation and removal process. He works with clients to gather necessary legal documents and gain information from friends and family members to develop the best arguments possible to fight involuntary departures. Spenser also specializes in helping clients resolve criminal cases and family law matters. This process often includes conducting a criminal analysis to assess how a client’s criminal history may impact their immigration status.
Spenser earned his law degree in 2015 from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. He enjoys helping nonprofit organizations aiming to make healthier communities, and he is the treasurer of both the Boone County Chamber of Commerce and the Crossing School of Business & Entrepreneurship in Indianapolis. Spenser and his wife Diana are Zionsville natives and currently live in Indianapolis where Diana is earning her law degree from Indiana University McKinney School of Law.
