Why Immigration Law Matters

Immigration law is one of the most complex areas of legal practice, yet many people assume that obtaining immigration benefits simply requires filing a form and paying a fee.

The reality is that immigration cases affect far more than paperwork—they impact your family, your livelihood, your freedom, and your future. The stakes are high, and the margin for error is small.

Immigration law encompasses extensive statutes, federal regulations, court precedents, and administrative policies. Each case involves specific eligibility requirements, strict deadlines, and potential penalties that can determine whether your application succeeds or fails.

With so much at stake, you deserve an attorney who will guide you through every step. We take the time to explain complex processes clearly and maintain direct communication throughout your case, so you can move forward with confidence.

Your American Dream Starts Here.

Areas of Practice

Our many years of combined experience and diverse backgrounds allow us to offer successful, efficient, and affordable legal assistance.

Family-Based Immigration

We handle family-based immigration matters from start to finish, including family sponsorship petitions, green cards, naturalization, and waivers. We also assist with the supporting steps that often come with these cases—preparing required forms and evidence, obtaining translations and certified documents, responding to USCIS requests for evidence, and preparing clients for, and accompanying clients to, interviews.

Detention & Removal Defense

We defend clients facing ICE detention and removal (deportation) proceedings, including bond and custody hearings, motions to reopen, and applications for relief such as cancellation of removal, asylum, and waivers. Our team also coordinates with criminal defense counsel to reduce immigration consequences and protect your ability to remain in the United States.

Humanitarian Petitions

We provide compassionate representation for individuals seeking protection and relief under humanitarian immigration programs. Our services include asylum applications, U-Visas for crime victims, T-Visas for trafficking survivors, VAWA petitions for abuse victims, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), and Temporary Protected Status (TPS).
